Shake loose what you don’t need to carry
The bags that someone else packed that aren’t for you
Shake loose, the worry and doubt
Knowing it will always be there,
But that doesn’t mean it needs to be the loudest one speaking
Shake loose the tension, the held breathe, and weight on your shoulders
Because it’s time to clear space
So you can invite in
Love, grace, community, and connection
Shift into a mindset of abundance
Feel the angels watching over you, guiding you, giving you signs
Know that you are on your path
The one that is meant for YOU
Tune in to your inner knowing
Follow your heart
Lean into love
Speak with kindness
Stand in your truth
Sometimes you just need to shake things up
So you can see what has been there all along
Shake it up!
